2. Terms of Commercial Engagement
All digital services, software deliverables, and engineering advisory packages provided by CraftNerio SRL are governed by explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between CraftNerio SRL and the Client.
Upon complete settlement of agreed commercial invoices, CraftNerio SRL assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in the client-specific software deliverables, design tokens, and digital assets directly to the Client.
3. Privacy Policy & Data Processing (GDPR)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation), CraftNerio SRL processes personal contact data solely for the purposes of client communication, project delivery, and statutory tax reporting.
We never sell, rent, or distribute personal information to unauthorized third-party brokers. Data is securely retained within encrypted EU-hosted cloud systems in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards.
